Do I need prior healthcare consulting experience?
Strongly preferred. Backgrounds in hospital administration, MHA/MBA-Healthcare, retired CMOs, ex-hospital CEOs, or established CA/legal firms serving hospitals are ideal.
What does the application process look like?
Online application → preliminary call (30 min) → senior partner interview (60 min) → reference check → onboarding. Typically 2–3 weeks end-to-end.
Is there an upfront fee?
Channel and District tiers have no joining fee. Regional Associates and State Partners may have a refundable security deposit or one-time onboarding fee depending on tier. Disclosed during interview.
How and when are commissions paid?
Commissions are paid in tranches matched to client payment milestones — typically 50% on advance receipt, 50% on final settlement. Paid via bank transfer after TDS deduction.
Do I close the deal or do you?
Associates pitch and qualify. HQ signs contracts, quotes pricing, and delivers the work. This protects brand consistency and lets you focus on relationships.
Can I represent multiple districts?
Yes — Regional Associates cover 3–5 districts and State Partners get exclusive state-level rights subject to performance commitments.
What protection do I have against another associate stealing my lead?
Every lead is registered in our portal with a 90-day lock. First-to-register wins. HQ arbitrates conflicts and the rules are explicit in the Associate Agreement.
What are the commercial details?
Exact commission percentages and target structures are shared during the partnership interview, after we've understood your tier interest and territory.
